Working can be fun if you enjoy and like what you do. But the experience can sometimes be made displeasing or annoying by the experience of working with people. It need not necessarily mean that only others give you that bad experience. It can also be that you are the one giving others a bad work experience. Very often we are so focused on our work, trying to get the results that we want that we forget how our actions and behaviour affect our colleagues. This book is written with the aim to share the experiences in an employment environment. Each chapter shares a story or common stories on a work experience, highlighting points to keep in mind at the end of each chapter. I hope readers can draw from these lessons and apply them as necessary or as applicable when working with people. With a little bit of good sense and sensitivity towards others, we can make our working experience and relationship better and pleasant. This book is also a good reference for young managers and new entrants to the workforce as well as students preparing to join the workforce.
